SMPP Integration

Hi everyone,

I'm fairly new to ASP.Net and I'm developing an application which needs to send SMS messages out.

Looking at other posts it looks like there are 2 main options out there for me to pick up:

http://www.devshock.com/

Has anyone got any experience using either of these, and if so, any hints or tips for me.

Thank you for any help,

Kind Regards,

JoHConfused

I'm not sure if the following will be of help to you, but you can take a look.

most carriers provide a way to receive sms on a telephone via email. I found that to be the easiest.

verizon uses vtext.com, so if you create an email with the TO: field set to 4105551212@.vtext.com, the message will appear on the person's phone.

I like this approach since I don't need any new API's - just construct the email and send.

Hi JoH,
