smtpemail on Exchange 2003

I have IIS 6 on Exchange 2003, Windows 2003 server and have an .aspx page to
send an email using system.web.mail. I get the error message: Could not acc
ess 'CDO.Message' object. Has anyone resolved the configuration issues that
affect having an aspx page
send email using smtpmail.send on a server where Exhcange 2003 is installed?

I did set the SmtpServer property. I also have ISA running on the server. I
notice that the SMTP server under IIS doesn't exist when Exchange 2003 is on
. I am able to do OWA.
Please note that I got an error message when I posted, and there are two pos
ts with the same question.
