SmtpServer.Send()

I use the above method to send mail through localhost. However, System throws an exception "CDO Object can not be accessed".

Please help me.

Hi,

The Could not access CDO occurs if you dont have permissions to send email. Are you receiving this error if you try sending mail to an external domain like yahoo.com, or even if you try sending within your organization email accounts.?

The Port 25 needs to be opened for you to be able to send mails to external world.

Check with your network administrator.
