Snippets Editor

im looking forthe snippets editor, so i finally found this link:

however if u follow the link in the reply of Jay he provided (http://msdn.microsoft.com/vbasic/downloads/2005/tools/snippeteditor/) the link is broken and it seems it is no more possible to download the editor from this location. I need editor for creating snippets in both VB and C# languages.

Where can i (we) download such editor?

that helps, seems impossible to delete a code snippet if not opening the source and deleting it manually but its ok.
