Smtp settings

I am creating a webform that sends emails to certain customers that have given permissions to email them. i am having problems with an smtp server. The remote server that i had uploaded my files to doesnt have one. Which smtp server could i use? and what would it be its address eg. smtp.

You need to have an SMTP server that you're allowed to use. This is often provided by hosting services, contact your host for details on it. You *may* be able to use the SMTP server of your ISP, depending on their policies. There is no "free" or "open" SMTP server that will accept your mailings, for obvious reasons when you consider the SPAM that would get sent through it.
